Acceptance
By accessing or using the services operated by ClaimHarbor Analytics at crala.digital, you agree to these General Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. Enterprise customers must ensure that invitees and contractors with access to the workspace are bound by equivalent obligations. We may update these terms to reflect product changes or regulatory guidance; material updates will be announced through the in-product notice center and, where appropriate, by email to administrators on file.
Liability
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where prohibited by applicable law in the Republic of Korea. To the fullest extent permitted, ClaimHarbor Analytics and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data arising from use or inability to use the platform. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific module giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under Korean law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the services, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you personally. If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve disputes before initiating formal proceedings.
User Obligations
You must provide accurate registration information, safeguard credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected compromise. You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the services without written authorization, interfere with other tenants, upload unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer the software except where statutory rights expressly permit. You remain responsible for data you import, including ensuring appropriate rights to process that data under your internal policies and applicable law.
Termination
Either party may terminate paid subscriptions according to the notice windows described in your order form. We may suspend access immediately if we reasonably believe continued use would cause harm, violate law, or breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to access ceases; we will delete or return data per the data processing schedule agreed in writing. Sections that by their nature should survive—including liability, governing law, and intellectual property—remain in force.
Intellectual Property
ClaimHarbor Analytics retains all rights, title, and interest in the services, software, documentation, and branding. Subject to payment and compliance, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for internal business purposes during the subscription term. Feedback you provide may be used to improve products without obligation to you. You retain ownership of your data; we receive a limited license to host and process it solely to deliver the services.
Service Description
The platform offers operational analytics modules, documentation-oriented interfaces, and connectors described on crala.digital. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce core functionality without notice to administrators. Professional services, if purchased separately, are scoped by statement of work. Nothing in these terms grants a license to our trademarks except as needed to attribute the service in ordinary business use.
