Hero for Workshop annotations that survive calendar churn

Portfolio review workshops generate insight faster when annotations attach to tiles, not photos of whiteboards. We built a mode that pins questions directly on portfolio slices, with authorship and timestamps visible to everyone in the room.

Remote participants struggled until we added a “slow read” lane that collapses animated transitions. That lane mirrors the PDF export, so people on trains can follow along without losing context.

We still recommend a facilitator rotate summaries every twenty minutes. Software cannot replace that cadence, but it can keep artifacts from dissolving after the call ends.
